Conditions of participation for competitions
1. Eligibility to participate
All persons who are at least 18 years old and resident in Germany or Austria are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition is not dependent on the purchase of goods or the use of services. Employees, consultants and their family members of the ERBACHER the food family group of companies, Industriegebiet Süd, 63924 Kleinheubach are excluded from participation. We, Josera petfood GmbH & Co. KG and foodforplanet GmbH & Co. KG, Industriegebiet Süd, 63924 Kleinheubach (hereinafter referred to as "Josera"), reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition if they manipulate or attempt to manipulate the course of the game. This applies in particular in the event of a deliberate breach of the rules of participation. We also reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons.
2. Participation
Participation in the competition is subject to the conditions communicated in the competition post. Completed forms received by 20:00 on 22.01.2024 are valid entries for participation in the competition. To participate in the competition, it is essential that all personal details are true. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the competition. Only one person per household can take part and win.
2.3 Exclusion from the competition
Multiple simultaneous participation in the competition by a person or organization using pseudonyms or via third parties or any other use of unauthorized aids to manipulate the competition pages or the proper running of the competition or participation via competition services will result in the participant being excluded. In such a case, the prize may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed. The creation of texts/comments that are offensive, glorify violence, are pornographic or violate applicable law is not permitted. There is no entitlement to the publication of comments. We reserve the right to delete comments/texts at any time.2.4 Distribution of profits
There is no legal claim to the prize. Legal recourse is excluded for the implementation of the competition, the winning decision and also the claiming of the prize. The winners will be drawn at random from all participants at the end of the campaign and notified by post or email.Among all participants on Instagram who have fulfilled the conditions for participation by the deadline, the winners will be notified after the end of the promotion by direct message or comment with mention via the Josera Instagram accounts (@joserapetfood or @josera.pferd).
Among all participants on Facebook who have fulfilled the conditions for participation by the deadline, the winners will be notified after the end of the promotion by comment with mention via the Josera Heimtier Facebook account
Participants agree that if they win, their Facebook and Instagram user name may be publicly mentioned on the respective social medium.
A cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded. If the winners do not contact us with their full postal address within four weeks of the notification being sent by post or email, their claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new draw will be held. The prize will be sent free of charge to the postal address provided by the participant (no Packstation). The claim to the prize cannot be assigned. Complaints relating to the implementation of the competition must be sent to Josera in text form within 14 days of becoming aware of the reason for the complaint, stating the competition. Complaints communicated by telephone or late complaints will not be processed.
3. Data protection notice
Josera stores and uses the following data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition, notifying you of a main prize or a consolation prize and for shipping: Instagram and Facebook user name, first and last name, full address, e-mail address. The data will only be used for the purpose of administering the promotion. Further information can be found in our privacy policy. The winners' data will only be passed on to the companies commissioned to deliver the prizes.
With regard to the use of their data, participants have the right to information, correction or deletion, as well as a right of revocation. In the event of revocation, the participation of the person concerned in the competition ends. Furthermore, the data protection provisions of Instagram and Facebook apply.
